     I have a new MX808 and I downloaded the software to my MAC and installed.  When I open it to find my device it states it cannot find it.  I have loaded all of the updates to the device through my wireless connection and it still does not find my device.  Any ideas?

     Nice to see I am not the only one with this issue. can see the files on the device but cannot get the software to see it.
